Job Description

Drive achievement of annual sales targets and territory growth.
Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Manage project bids, including product selection, pricing strategy, and margin optimization.
Develop, manage, and evaluate distributor and representative networks to maximize market share.
Provide technical and commercial support to distributors, key accounts, and end-users.
Prepare sales forecasts and identify market opportunities and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, customers, and industry stakeholders.
Lead proposal strategy, customer negotiations, and opportunity closure.
Manage territory pricing, discount approvals, and gross margin performance.
Coordinate with proposal and internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Guide representatives through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to order management.
Conduct customer presentations, project discussions, and regular business reviews.
Facilitate effective communication between representatives and headquarters.
Monitor active projects, sales pipeline, revenue targets, and sales performance.
Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with representatives.
Travel as required to support customers, distributors, and territory development.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of sales experience.
Experience managing distributor/channel sales networks.
Knowledge of HVAC and cooling tower systems preferred.
Experience in aftermarket sales and distributor/representative management preferred.
Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.
