Job Description
- Architect, build, and maintain the core technical pillars of the AI platform, including LLM endpoints, agent runtimes, vector databases, model routers, and knowledge retrieval services.
- Develop reusable APIs, SDKs, and implementation patterns that reduce duplication and provide a seamless, self-serve experience for teams building AI applications.
- Ensure all AI platform components are production-ready, highly available, and scalable by implementing robust operational monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Drive continuous engineering improvements and guide teams across the organization to adopt proven architectural patterns and shared platform capabilities.
- Partner closely with security and governance functions to embed safety guardrails, compliance, and secure delivery practices directly into the platform’s foundational code.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven hands-on experience in software engineering, backend development, or platform engineering, with a strong focus on building shared enterprise services.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, with a strong track record of building scalable APIs, backend services, and cloud automation scripts.
- Deep technical understanding of the modern AI stack, including LLM orchestration, agent loops, context/memory management, and vector databases.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native platforms, microservices architecture, and system integration patterns.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices, enterprise engineering standards, and implementing governance frameworks within technical pipelines.
