Job Description
- Drive strategic business development by analyzing markets, industries, and business opportunities to identify potential growth areas, strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities, and other strategic initiatives. Develop insights and recommendations to support management decision-making and long-term business growth.
- Manage strategic projects from planning through execution by translating business priorities into actionable plans and key initiatives. Define project objectives, timelines, and milestones; coordinate stakeholders and resources; monitor progress; and proactively address risks and challenges to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead internal business and organizational initiatives focused on process improvement, business effectiveness, and organizational development, while supporting and advancing key management priorities.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and relevant resources to facilitate project execution. Prepare business analyses, project updates, recommendations, and management presentations to support business reviews and strategic decision-making.
- Undertake other strategic initiatives, business development activities, and special projects as required by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or project management.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or international business
- PMP certification highly preferred, with strong hands-on project planning and execution experience.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with ability to translate complex issues into actionable plans.
- Willing and able to travel overseas as required.
