Job Description
- Lead sterile filling operations, ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.

Manage production planning, scheduling, staffing, and daily manufacturing activities.

Ensure aseptic processing, filling, and equipment operations meet validated procedures.

Drive investigations, CAPA, process improvements, and operational efficiency.

Lead and develop the manufacturing team while maintaining a strong quality culture.
Requirements
Education
- Degree/Diploma in Science/Pharmaceutical/Engineering or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience managing people within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in aseptic processing is a plus
