Job Description
This is a newly created regional position responsible for driving business growth across Southeast Asia by managing strategic semiconductor OEM accounts. The role focuses on developing long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting precision sensing and process instrumentation solutions through design-in and solution selling, while collaborating closely with regional and global teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or key account management experience within the semiconductor industry.
- Proven experience managing Semiconductor Equipment OEM accounts and driving business growth through design-in or specification selling.
- Experience selling industrial components or engineered solutions such as pressure, flow, temperature, fluid handling, gas delivery, valves, vacuum, or process instrumentation into the semiconductor ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor equipment and manufacturing value chain.
- Regional sales or key account management experience across Southeast Asia is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop strategic customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
- Experience working collaboratively with distributors, channel partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in English; additional Southeast Asian languages are an advantage.
