Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Sales Representative with direct oncology experience to join our team, focusing on hospital channels in Central and Southern regions. As a key member of a global pharmaceutical leader based in Singapore, you will drive the promotion and sales of innovative oncology therapies. This role demands deep therapeutic knowledge, strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and the ability to support patient-centric solutions. You will contribute to advancing cancer care by effectively communicating product benefits and clinical data to oncologists and multidisciplinary hospital teams. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven oncology sales experience, preferably within hospital channels.
- Strong understanding of oncology products, treatment protocols, and clinical practices.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key hospital stakeholders, including oncologists and clinical staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Central and Southern regions.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centric approaches and ethical sales practices.
