Job Description
Role Overview:
The Product Specialist provides clinical and technical support for our surgical product range, working closely with hospital staff (surgeons, nurses, OT teams) to ensure proper product usage, troubleshooting, and in-service training — while supporting the sales team to drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product training and in-servicing for surgeons, nurses, and OT staff
- Provide clinical and technical support during surgical procedures (OT coverage)
- Act as the technical point of contact between hospitals and the sales team
- Support product demonstrations, trials, and evaluations in hospital settings
- Gather clinical feedback and relay market insights to the team
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and product handling guidelines
Requirements
- Science/Nursing background (Diploma/Degree)
- 1–2 years relevant experience; hospital/OT exposure highly preferred
- Bilingual in Chinese and Malay
- Comfortable working in OT/hospital environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, hands-on, and solutions-oriented — adaptable to fast-paced hospital settings
