Job Description
Title: Clinic Manager/Operation manager
Basic salary: RM 10,000 - RM 15,000
Job responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth performance
- Drive clinic KPIs, business targets and operational efficiency
- Implement and maintain SOPs, processes and workflows to ensure consistency
- Lead, coach and develop clinic managers and front-line teams
- Manage suppliers, landlords and key stakeholders for smooth operations
- Work closely with directors on business performance, reporting and improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant field
- Chinese-speaking candidates only
