Job Description

Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and organisational effectiveness.
Drive workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement programmes.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, organisational design, and people-related matters.
Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to deliver HR solutions that meet evolving business needs.
Lead change management initiatives to support organisational transformation and continuous improvement.
Analyse HR metrics and workforce insights to support strategic decision-making and recommend business-focused solutions.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and HR best practices.
Coach and develop people managers to strengthen leadership capability and enhance employee performance.
Support the implementation of HR programmes, policies, and initiatives that promote a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 12years of Human Resources experience, including at least 4 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership role.
Proven experience partnering with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, talent strategies, and organisational effectiveness.
Strong background in employee relations, performance management, organisational development, and leadership coaching.
Demonstrated success in leading strategic HR initiatives and organisational change.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with commercial objectives.
Experience using HR analytics and workforce insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Experience within a multinational manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
